I have been a certified Massage Therapist since 1993. I am well-versed in many styles including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Pre-Natal Massage. I am also a level 2 Reiki therapist which is a form of energy work.
I believe Massage helps you become more aware of how you hold tension within your Mind-Body and Spirit so that you can assist in releasing it.
